While transitioning away from a career in professional sports, unique health circumstances led Snow to explore a more thorough investigation into overall health and wellness. Once settled into a role with the Nashville Predators, she picked up CrossFit and found an amazing fitness community in Nashville. Upon graduation she moved to Tampa Bay, Florida, and worked for the Tampa Bay Rays for three years before moving to Music City. After helping the Lady Bengals to the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championship, she had knee surgery and transferred to the University of Wyoming where she accelerated her studies to graduate early. While initially recruited for her jumping abilities, she quickly began training as a heptathlete and learned many new events and training practices. After being named Wyoming's Miss Track and Field her senior year, she received a track and field scholarship to Idaho State University. Growing up, she competed as a multiple sport athlete while working on a large ranch.
